The breakfast was a culinary adventure with delicious variety each morning! The garden setting added a serene touch, perfect for lingering over coffee. And, oh, that cozy vibe of the pool area made it a great spot to unwind after a day out!

On the flip side, the building itself felt a bit old, and I really missed having AC in the room — that was a letdown. Plus, a little warmth from the check-in lady would’ve gone a long way to brighten things up!

Had an amazing stay! Loved the spacious room and the beautiful garden. The breakfast was fantastic, a real treat that kept me fueled all day! A bit far from the city center, but still worth it for the peace and quiet.

Insufficient housekeeping services!!! The pool water was cold during my visit!!! It's disappointing that noise from neighboring rooms disrupted my peace!!! The furniture definitely needs an upgrade!!!

The room was spacious with a comfy bed, and a big bathroom with a jacuzzi bath. The balcony had an amazing view and was perfect for smoking. The sauna was nice for relaxation, and the pool was great to hang by. Clean facilities and cozy vibe all around!

The pool area really impressed me, it's clean and well-maintained. The hotel location is close to Adventure Park and the zoo, which is perfect for families. I appreciated the spacious rooms with large balconies offering beautiful views. the absence of air conditioning made sleeping uncomfortable at times. The breakfast lacked variety and the food often felt repetitive. Lastly, the check-in process was frustrating. I waited a long time while the receptionist was on the phone. This took away from the welcoming atmosphere I expected.

The Grand offered an exceptional experience with a sumptuous breakfast and a courteous, professional staff. The team was attentive, and I particularly appreciated how they accommodated my business needs during my stay for a symposium. The comfortable environment contributed positively to my work trip.

The only drawback was a minor issue with availability of hot water on one occasion.
